It looks decent at first glance, but the fabric feels thinner and rougher than I was expecting. For the price, I thought the material would be a bit nicer. I’m disappointed and would appreciate some kind of compensation or partial refund.

The payment process felt safe enough to me, though I did kind of double-check everything before hitting submit. In the end, it went through fine and I didn’t run into any issues.

I’m so happy with the bracelet I ordered from ajjaya.com. It feels really solid and beautifully made, not cheap or flimsy at all. The little details are so clean, and you can just tell someone put real time and care into making it. It made me smile as soon as I opened it.

I found the site easy to get around, everything loaded fine for me. I didn’t really have trouble finding the main info I needed, a couple parts could probably be explained a little better. Overall though, it worked well and felt simple enough to use.

Well... the return did go through, but I had to follow up with support a couple of times to keep things moving. I did get my refund in the end, so it worked out, but it took a bit more effort than I’d hoped

I ordered a couple of things from ajjaya.com, and one of the items showed up in a completely different color than what I picked. The size was off too, which made it even more frustrating because it didn’t match what I selected at checkout.
Shipping itself was fine, not especially slow or anything, but the accuracy of the order was disappointing. I went back and checked my confirmation email to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake, and everything was listed correctly there, so it felt misleading.
Customer service did eventually respond, but it took a little while and I had to explain the issue more than once. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I expected them to handle it better, especially since the mistake wasn’t on my end...
